The Way of the Gypsy Glute and Core Intermediate will challenge you with unique, new movements and test your strength (and resolve) with Cosmic Conditioning. These small, fun workouts can be completed at the end of your regular workout or a great way to squeeze in a quick sweat while getting you sore in all the right places. This glute and core program will build your athleticism while keeping you injury free on all your worldly adventures.
In this program you will receive:
- 3 months of 3 days a week of glute and core workouts to be completed 3x a week. We repeat a week of programming for 1 month to ensure mindful movement.
- Video demonstrations on all movements and Cosmic Conditioning.
- Downloadable/Printable PDF to track your progress
